A Conspiracy Theory Or A Mere Truth?

Many would call it a conspiracy theory but I won't anymore. The issue of Raymond davis has surely brought many doubts to people's minds. I believe that this issue holds a lot more in it then it seems.
Lets put it this way, what ever has been happening related to this subject does not seem normal in any perspective. What are the core realities then?
It is being said that this issue is not being discussed in The White House or The President House Of Pakistan but is rather being discussed at The GHQ(Islamabad) and The Pentagon(States).
When we talk about Raymond Davis and his diplomatic immunity, the vienna convention and our national diplomatic laws state it very clearly that he has the diplomatic immunity but if he does then why isn't he provided with it by our government. It means something or someone is continuously pushing our government to resist the increasing American pressure day by day over releasing davis and as far as my experience goes our public is not capable of making the government resist the foreign pressure! Then who can it be? I believe it is the Pakistan Army! Most of you would be astonished... how?But quite many evidences direct towards it. Raymond davis is just not a mere diplomat. According to the reliable sources Mr Davis is an undercover agent for the American intelligence also known as CIA and he has been functioning along other under cover agents with in the country against the Talibans with the understanding of our government. If so then the government and the army should have left him so that along this issue these agreements which are being signed behind the closed doors could not have been brought up by the people but things are much more technical then they seem. There has been a major upholding to the fact that The local terrorist groups in Pakistan are being funded through the American Intelligence agency and it seems quite true as after davis got arrested there has been a certain decline in the suicide bombing rate with in the country.
Now lets prove the statement made above, it is quite obvious that when there is a certain problem in our electrical switches it is mostly because there is a certain problem with the connection or the network of wires, same has gone wrong here, the network got broken as davis got arrested and therefore there has not been any major terrorist activity with in the nation.
This is why Pakistan army is keeping a continuous pressure over the foreign ministry and the presidency for not giving out davis to America.
We have caught a big fish! rather a big DIRTY fish! We have all the good cards to play! I hope our government and other legal institutions play it right!

Where is Pakistan Heading Over Davis?

The issue which has surely caught the local media's headlines is that of Raymond Davis's(A US diplomat as per being told by the states department) act of killing two people in lahore.
I wont be trying to create any sentimental dilemma here but would rather be substantiating facts so that we reach up to a more logical conclusion.
Firstly taking a quick sneak back of what really happened! According to our media and other authentic sources it is being confirmed that the so called US diplomat fired at the men for self defense as they tried to raid him on motorcycle as he was in his car.
Now the situation at hand is that Mr.Davis is under police custody whereas the government of United States demands his immediate freedom.
Now speaking of the picture at hand on what basis does American government demands Davis's freedom? "Vienna Convention on diplomatic relations", an international law which clearly states under its article 29 that diplomats must not be liable to any form of arrest or detention. They are immune from civil or criminal prosecution. Hence with the international law's proceedings its quite clear that Davis shouldn't be under captivation and that is what the State's government demands.
On the other hand if being caught the diplomat can only be released once the the foreign office issues his/her immune certificate and if it does not then the foreign representative may have to face legal action but even in that case Davis will find an easy way out on the basis of "Self Defense" but the proceedings can take time.
The question that arises here is why our foreign office is not taking a suitable action to the cause. The reason is that once if they do release the foreign diplomat it would bring the government nothing else then hatred from the local public which it has already been carrying during its three year tenure and if they don't release davis and carry on with the court proceedings as being said by our President then we can surely expect something worst in return from States.
Hence after looking through all these facts and available options I would only suggest that the government should try to develop some understanding with its fellow strategic partner(USA) to give them a short period of time so that the public impact to the issue cools down and then that they could release the foreign diplomat!

Barmy MANIACS!

Why? Why do we defend those nutty horrible creatures who call themselves TTP( Tehreek e Taliban Pakistan) ? Imposing your perception onto others is not what Islam has taught us! We as Muslims have become hopeless!
Only few of us make somehow a better logic out of Islam but what else , they are rather being assassinated or are being threatened by these large bearded animals.
Javed Ghamidi, a very legitimate and renowned Islamic scholar was being forced to leave Pakistan few months ago due to the continous threats being received to him by these illiterate men who consider themselves the "Pioneers of Islam".
These cowards who think that they are doing Jihad on the name of Islam are rather creating a whole mess out of Islamic teachings! I am not a decision taker here but again I know that God wont be happy with people who killed humanity just for the fact that they had a different opinion! Let it be Taseer, let it be you, let it be me, let it be Ghamidi! Whatever opinion they hold, we don't have a right to exterminate them just on such irrational basis.
Then again when musharraf went to clean this dirt out of our country, he was hugely being criticized for it. The fact is we don't want to face the core realties or rather we are too scared if it! But one day it has to be faced so why getting it delayed? Why do we stand despair?
We have to understand that Pakistan has suffered a lot on the name of Islam and politics on the name of this mere religion by our delicate politicians!
Where are we heading? A dead end where there is no way back! Lets just think for once please!
We have taken a lot from our country, its the right time that we pay it back, Pakistan needs us..Yes it does! Lets show those fierce animals out there that no matter how much they try we wont let them succeed. Islam has suffered and so has Pakistan! Lets be united for this once!
Pakistan Paindabad!

New Year...Reviving Hopes!!(Jeet Humara Mustuqbil Hai)

So 2011 finally arrives, A lot is expected to happen this year let it be US foreign Policy and its impacts worldwide, the financial status of the world, militancy and its future, would wiki "leak" more or would CIA bring a stop to it!...Only time will tell that what has been decided behind those locked doors..
As mostly I will be keeping my focus over Pakistan's up comings in my editorial. I was skimming through a newspaper early morning and found out some predictions being made regarding this year's political activities in Pakistan by our very own astrologers, it made me laugh for awhile that what are they trying to predict whether maulana saahib would get along the present government, I guess we forgot how good a politician our President is, if he can make people living in London speak in his favor then maulana saahib wont be a tough job...
Pakistan's future, something which concerns us more then the Nawaz Sharif's long march plans cannot be predicted much, when we look at the current scenario we feel a bit hopeless about it but when we look at the statistics i.e 57% of our population is youth we say the hope is there for this nation to make it through. Looking things through an optimist's perspective I believe the potential is there to take this nation through, This decade which has just passed stood to be the most crucial one for not only the world but mostly for states like "Pakistan". I just can't count how many times did the internationally acclaimed authors or political analysts claimed that Pakistan will go bankrupt and the nation will be a "Default" state in all these times...Can you?
The point is that things aren't as worst as we make them look to be, there is a lot left...a lot left to happen , Pakistan is just not any residue state like those in Africa or those around us, the world has its eye over you people, questions are being raised over the existence of us being a nation !!!
But all those curiosities and questionings have been rightly answered by us, even after facing massive calamities we still exist and yes we will...We just have to keep that ray of hope alive with in us. I know that it has been a tough ride but somehow we are getting through it, the spirit needs to be the same... the world is ours ...we just have to be patient.

Remembering 90's!!!

This is not going to be some political adventure, this is some thing which I wanted to talk about..I was driving alone on a sunday eve when I heard of few Pakistani songs from the 90's on the radio and this is the reason why I am writing this article. 90's was surely the best era for the Pakistani music; experiencing artists like the vital signs, Junoon, Strings, Awaaz, Hasan Jahangir, Zohaib And Nazia Hassan, Fakhr-e-Alam and many more...It was the blend of the best which will never be forgotten.
Disco Deewane!! Yes I mean Nazia Hassan, s urely an icon for our country. Her song "Disco deewane" received great acclamation worldwide specially in our neighbors. The song made it to different night clubs across India and UK and was considered as a perfect beat to show your moves at.
*Hawa Hawa*!! The "Pop Star" Hasan Jahangir came in with this sensational hit and took many hearts away..The song took him to Bollywood where it received a great response.(I hope we all remember his kingly entrance through a helicopter in a concert)...
How can we forget "Billo"? Pakistan's pop industry cannot end with out Billo being involed..The famous hit by Abrar Ul Haq * Billo K ghur* was a major hit with in the country and did contribute to the local music scene to a great extent. The beat got popular among the young boys of that time and was being used pretty frequently in lighter contexts..
Tu mere liye Jadoo ka chiragh hai...Tu ye tou butaa paani hai k aag hai....Oops! sorry for that....How can we forget "Awaz"!!!..The trio comprising of Haroon, Fakhir and the leading guitar player in today's Pakistani music industry Asad Ahmed gave us great hits like "Aye jawan" , "Mr. Fraudy" and " jadoo Ka chiraagh" which surely rocked many hearts out there..
When we talk about Rock music in Pakistan the first name that hits our minds is Junoon!!! A band who took Pakistan's name to different parts of the world and gave out the real image of what this country is capable of by giving a new dimension to music known as "Sufi Rock",with their hits like "Neend Aati Nai", " Khudi", "Saiyoni" and the ever popular "Jazba-e-Junoon" Junoon surely influenced many other local rock bands to come in the main stream .
When we talk about "Jugni"we have to talk about Saleem Javed, another pop artist from Pakistan who did bring some great music to the country.
Speaking of good music and lyrics " Sar Kiye Pahar" and "Duur" are worth of listening.. The boys from Karachi "Faisal Kapadia" and "Bilal Maqsood"when merged formed one of the greatest sensations in the subcontinent's music industry knowns as "Strings'. Strings, now surely the most successful band in South Asia brought a new sense of music which mostly focused Pop/rock. The band still stands today and the success story goes on as they go on with their journey....
This article would completely be useless if it ends without the most highly acclaimed band in Pakistan's music industry i.e" Vital Signs", comprising of some great talent like Junaid Jamshed, Rohail Hayat, Shahzad hasan and Nusrat Husain and with their most of the songs being written by The Shoaib Mansoor ..The band touched the skies...Dil Dil Pakistan standing 3rd on BBC world music charts and giving out hits like "Aitebaar", " Wo Kon Thi" And "Sanwali saloni" Vital signs gave rise to a new era of music with in the country which they will always be remembered for..
When ever I have listened to these people I have always cherished those moments that I have spent in my childhood listening to these songs ..I would only say that those were some great times which shall always be remembered....

Wiki"leaks" Facts Or Stories???(Pakistan Edition)

The header says it all of what I am going to discuss in this article. Wiki leaks, an organization or a media agency and what not has released some highly confidential documents related to the current global scenario, decisions that were taken in locked rooms, ones we never know of and ones that are outlandish... let it be the election of our beloved President.

In the recent revelations being made by wikileaks over Pakistan in particular may sound quite heart throbbing but they do have evident facts behind. Let it be The Saudi Monarchist’s perception regarding President Zardari or let it be the fact that Middle eastern entrepreneurs are funding the Muslim Fundamentalist and terrorist organizations in Pakistan and abroad or a sudden military coup by dismantling this present government.

The credibility of President Zardari hasn’t been up to the standards a. He has made mistakes and does not hold the clearest of images when it comes to certain felonies. These aspects surely could have lead to such statements from those Saudi Monarchists over President Zardari making the leak some how explainable.

The other case in point is the sympathy being held by the middle eastern capitalists for the terrorist organizations currently functioning in Pakistan. Though our government officials disregard this fact so that the bilateral relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia do not get affected in particular or for the fact that Saudi Arabia turns out to be a safe prospect(heaven) when our politicians step back from their governmental roles. But yes the case in point is that there have been certain huge funding which is being made to these militant organizations through the middle east as these groups had developed a soft corner in the hearts of these Saudi Entrepreneurs in the late 80’s.

Thirdly a military takeover? Yes the leak is true to an extent that after how the government mishandled the specifications of “The Kerry Luger Bill”, army did intervene and it did warn the government not to put on stake the sovereignty of Pakistan at any cause. Pakistan Army took a very strong notice of those unacceptable demands that this government did agree upont and took appropriate steps to put them out of the bill. This particular even could have gone up to a military takeover if the government would have challenged the army’s decision in any way.

The post affects still prevail within the government of what happened over Kerry Luger Bill but Gen Kiyani has handled the situation well by keeping things in control and letting the democratic process grow. Letting President Zardari remain in power, Pakistan army appears to have won over US and other global leaders which indeed is a good sign.

Hence I would only conclude that there is a lot to talk about but what matters the most is Pakistan and its autonomy which we can never give up and never will……..

Pakistan Zindabad.
